Personal trainer in Oxford , Dan Buda realises that not everyone has the same fitness or weight management goals, that is why we create personal programmes – just for you. We help people lose weight, tone up, gain muscle, increase cardiovascular fitness, increase strength and learn about exercise and nutrition.

12 Weeks Exercise and Diet Plan and One to One Personal Training

Over the 12 week programme you will have three one to one personal training sessions and we will keep in touch with you every step of the way; on our online app you will have your own profile where you can view your programmes, exercises and diet plans, and, monitor your results and improvements! We will help you stay motivated and on-track throughout the programme.

What’s included?

A 12 weeks training programme PLUS help with daily nutrition, recipes and advice.

3 personal one to one training sessions with Dan Buda, our fully qualified personal trainer and sports therapist:

Session 1

Your first 90 minute session will test your body composition – finding out what you weigh, your percentage of body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, water etc, and establish your goals.
Dan will then design the best exercise programme for you and guide you through it, to make sure you are using the best techniques and that you understand it in full.
Dan will then design and explain your personal diet and how it works.
This will be your first training workout.

Session 2

Your second personal training session with Dan will last for 60 minute session, as well as a workout Dan will repeat the testing with the body composition monitor to see how many changes you have made to your weight, body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, water and other vital measures.
Your training programme and the diet will then be updated so you can continue to get great results!

Session 3

Your final 75 minute personal training workout will also involve the final testing with the body composition monitor to show how far you have come making changes to your weight, body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, water levels and more!
Dan will discuss your training and diet plan to make sure you sustain the great results you have achieved and continue on your journey for a healthier, fitter you!

In 12 weeks, if you train and follow your personal diet, you could not only lose up to 15 pounds in weight, but also improve your fitness, build more or stronger muscle, lower your cholesterol and blood pressure, make your metabolism work better, faster and feel more confident in the way you look and feel.
