I first met Dan at one of his boot camp sessions , I enjoyed them so much I decided that I wanted Dan to be my personal trainer. Our sessions are varied and demanding. He is great at encouraging and motivating me, but isn’t a loud in your face type of trainer.
Since using Dan I have lost weight, toned up, and I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in. Oh, and also running 10k and half marathons faster than ever before.
