With Dan as your personal trainer , personal training is the most effective way to achieve and maintain your goals. We can train you at home or at our gym and offer great flexibility with regards to time and budget.

During Personal Training session, the trainer leads you through a fitness session, making sure that you perform the correct exercises and that you work at the correct intensity. These sessions can be performed in your own home, at your local gym or anywhere which is convenient for the client and the instructor.

We are passionate about exercise and its benefits! Let’s face it, not everyone enjoys exercise and our aim to make the sessions fun, relevant to your needs and safe. In the Initial Consultation we establish your likes and dislikes, ask about previous exercise history and the equipment you have available. From this we can design sessions emphasize your previous positive experiences.

For example, kickboxing is a favourite for our male and female clients and is excellent for weight loss and toning. Some clients enjoy playing football, tennis or badminton and so the personal training sessions included these sports. The idea at Triumph Fitness is the adoption of regular exercise through other means than just going to the gym. By finding out about local sports clubs, we have encouraged clients to get back into the social sports arena where they can get back playing and training regularly again.

A plan that you can follow by yourself

Our aim is that you will eventually go on and carry on training and stay motivated without the need of a trainer! For this reason it is important that you know exactly what is required to produce effective and efficient results. With your personalised training program you get to know what exercises and intensities are best suited to you. This gives you the knowledge and confidence that you are doing things right! And because it is done in addition to the Personal training sessions, you will see results very quickly!

Our support network means that we’ll call you during the week to find out how you are doing and to try and help with any issues facing you. We can also refer you to other clients who have encountered similar problems or who have the same fitness aims to chat to them about their experiences and how they overcame them.

Fitness assessments and re-assessments

Fitness Assements for personal training Assessments are an essential part of life. They give insight into strengths and weaknesses, and allows us to see progress, which in turn improves motivation. Because everyone is so very different, it also allows personal trainer oxford to set specific intensities to the training program.

Our fitness testing includes anthropometric measurements, aerobic fitness, muscular endurance, flexibility and core strength tests.

At the end of the package (4 to 8weeks) these tests are performed again to assess progress made.

Remember, fitness testing is specific to you….don’t worry, we will not ask you to do a 10k if you have never run before!

Nutritional Guidelines and Assistance

Because personal training may seem daunting, Triumph Fitness will  provide an initial consultation for free. It is a relaxed meeting of about 30 min where we discuss what your aims are and how they can be achieved. We will also check basic medical information such as BP height and weight. There is no obligation to continue with personal training.

             TASTER SESSION- (90 minutes)

Ideal as a special gift!  Just like the initial consultation, we would assess your needs and goals and outline how Triumph Fitness can help you.

We check blood pressure and then you will step on a specialized Body Composition Analyzer for a series of measurements like weight , total body fat, total muscle mass , bone density, Body mass index, Daily calorie intake, Metabolic age, body water, Visceral fat. The analyzer can detect accurately the fat or muscle in each arm, leg and trunk.

You will be given nutritional advice and a basic but efficient training routine.Then there would also be a practical side lasting 60 min. It is a workout session which will show what will be involved through personal training. There is no obligation to continue with personal training but you will have the option of booking more sessions.

             FRESH START – WEIGHT LOSS TRAINING

In conjunction with diet, exercise speeds up the whole weight loss process; exercise offers benefits that dieting just can’t. Exercise allows you to boost your metabolism , builds muscle in the places you want, improves body shape and gives you a firm, toned body. Dieting only, on the other hand, doesn’t promise a firm body – you can lose weight dieting and still be untoned and unfit !

This programme offers:

  •  12 week programme / 2 sessions per week
  •  Personal nutrition programme updated every 4 weeks until your goal is reached

At Triumph Fitness we realise that not everyone has the same fitness or weight management goals, that is why we create personal programmes – just for you. We help people lose weight tone up, gain muscle, increase cardiovascular fitness, increase strength and learn about exercise and nutrition.

One to One Personal Training PLUS a 12 Week Exercise and Diet Plan

Over the 12 week programme you will have three one to one personal training sessions and we will keep in touch with you every step of the way; on our online app you will have your own profile where you can view your programmes, exercises and diet plans, and, monitor your results and improvements! We will help you stay motivated and on-track throughout the programme.

What’s included?

A 12 week training programme PLUS help with daily nutrition, recipes and advice.

3 personal one to one training sessions with Dan Buda, our fully qualified personal trainer and sports therapist:

Session 1

Your first 90 minute session will test your body composition – finding out what you weigh, your percentage of body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, water etc, and establish your goals.
Dan will then design the best exercise programme for you and guide you through it, to make sure you are using the best techniques and that you understand it in full.
Dan will then design and explain your personal diet and how it works.
This will be your first training workout.

Session 2

Your second personal training session with Dan will last for 60 minute session, as well as a workout Dan will repeat the testing with the body composition monitor to see how many changes you have made to your weight, body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, water and other vital measures.
Your training programme and the diet will then be updated so you can continue to get great results!

Session 3

Your final 75 minute personal training workout will also involve the final testing with the body composition monitor to show how far you have come making changes to your weight, body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, water levels and more!
Dan will discuss your training and diet plan to make sure you sustain the great results you have achieved and continue on your journey for a healthier, fitter you!

In 12 weeks, if you train and follow your personal diet, you could not only lose up to 15 pounds in weight, but also improve your fitness, build more or stronger muscle, lower your cholesterol and blood pressure, make your metabolism work better, faster and feel more confident in the way you look and feel.
