INITIAL CONSULTATION – Free

 

Because personal training may seem daunting, Triumph Fitness is happy to provide an initial consultation for free. It is a relaxed meeting of about 30 min where we discuss what your aims are and how they can be achieved. We will also check basic medical information such as BP height and weight. There is no obligation to continue with personal training.

             TASTER SESSION- £60(90 minutes)

Ideal as a special gift!  Just like the initial consultation, we would assess your needs and goals and outline how Triumph Fitness can help you.

We check blood pressure and then you will step on a specialized Body Composition Analyzer for a series of measurements like weight , total body fat, total muscle mass , bone density, Body mass index, Daily calorie intake, Metabolic age, body water, Visceral fat. The analyzer can detect accurately the fat or muscle in each arm, leg and trunk.

You will be given nutritional advice and a basic but efficient training routine.Then there would also be a practical side lasting 60 min. It is a workout session which will show what will be involved through personal training. There is no obligation to continue with personal training but you will have the option of booking more sessions.

             FRESH START – WEIGHT LOSS TRAINING

In conjunction with diet, exercise speeds up the whole weight loss process; exercise offers benefits that dieting just can’t. Exercise allows you to boost your metabolism , builds muscle in the places you want, improves body shape and gives you a firm, toned body. Dieting only, on the other hand, doesn’t promise a firm body – you can lose weight dieting and still be untoned and unfit !

This programme offers:

  •  12 week programme / 2 sessions per week
  •  Personal nutrition programme updated every 4 weeks until your goal is reached
  •  Meal plan designed specifically to overcome your challenge areas
  •  Testing with professional body composition monitor every 1-2 weeks
  •  Private, non-intimidating, motivating environment

Price  is £40 / session  . In 12 weeks  you have  24 sessions( £960) . This amount can be payed in 3 instalments .

           49 & FINE- FOR OVER FIFTIES

Most people’s health goals after fifty are to be both “physically and mentally independent” rather than fit into a certain jean size.Who doesn’t want to feel great during their golden years so they can enjoy their leisure time with grandchildren, travel with ease of movement, or perform optimally in their careers? The trick is to attach “meaning” to your fitness goals and do the work, step by step.

  • 16 weeks training programme with 1-2 sessions per week
  •  Diet plan day by day
  • 3 training programmes / one every 5 weeks
  • Flexibility and stability programme
  • Testing with professional body composition monitor every 2 weeks
  •  Private, non-intimidating, motivating environment

Price is £48 / session  . In 16 weeks  you have  16 sessions( £768) . This amount can be payed in 2 instalments .

          SHAPE UP – TONING & STRENGTH

This total body programme focuses on using multiple muscle groups from upper, lower and core all at the same time to give you an awesome comprehensive workout in a very short period of time.           GROUP FIT  – SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

Group Fit is a combination of functional, compound and aerobic exercise. It is intense and everyone will be challenged. You will tone and increase strength quickly.

  •  6 weeks programme / 1-2 sessions per week
  •  Benefits of personal training at a fraction of the price
  •  Support and camaraderie from your training group

4 people / £60 per session / 6 sessions ( £360)  

 

           ANNUAL PERSONAL TRAINING PACKAGE -48 sessions

Make personal training a part of your lifestyle! The annual personal training package maintains the regularity of your current training regime and guarantees long term success by continual motivation, long term goals and regular personalised training programmes.

The final package is tailored to your needs and budget but it generally includes:

  • 48 sessions in 52 weeks. That is 1 session week with leeway for illness, injury and holidays.
  • 4 training programmes to provide you with variety and keep you motivated!
  • 4 fitness assessments to compare results and show fitness gains
  • Regular consultations by phone or text.

COST: £45/session —- £180 per month for 12 months. ( £55/ session if you share the session whit a friend/ relative –£27.5 each)

PAYMENT

  • You can pay monthly

  • 72 sessions in 52 weeks. That is 6 a month – more or less 2 per week but with leeway for illness, injury and holidays.
  • 4 training programmes to provide you with variety and keep you motivated!
  • 4 fitness assessments to compare results and show fitness gains
  • Regular consultations by phone or text.

COST : £40/ session —240 per month for 12 months( £50/ session if you share the session with a friend or relative –£25 each)

12 WEEKS CHALLENGE 

At Triumph Fitness we realise that not everyone has the same fitness or weight management goals, that is why we create personal programmes – just for you. We help people lose weight tone up, gain muscle, increase cardiovascular fitness, increase strength and learn about exercise and nutrition.

One to One Personal Training PLUS a 12 Week Exercise and Diet Plan

Over the 12 week programme you will have three one to one personal training sessions and we will keep in touch with you every step of the way; on our online app you will have your own profile where you can view your programmes, exercises and diet plans, and, monitor your results and improvements! We will help you stay motivated and on-track throughout the programme.

What’s included?

A 12 week training programme PLUS help with daily nutrition, recipes and advice.

3 personal one to one training sessions with Dan Buda, our fully qualified personal trainer and sports therapist:

Session 1

Your first 90 minute session will test your body composition – finding out what you weigh, your percentage of body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, water etc, and establish your goals.
Dan will then design the best exercise programme for you and guide you through it, to make sure you are using the best techniques and that you understand it in full.
Dan will then design and explain your personal diet and how it works.
This will be your first training workout.

Session 2

Your second personal training session with Dan will last for 60 minute session, as well as a workout Dan will repeat the testing with the body composition monitor to see how many changes you have made to your weight, body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, water and other vital measures.
Your training programme and the diet will then be updated so you can continue to get great results!

Session 3

Your final 75 minute personal training workout will also involve the final testing with the body composition monitor to show how far you have come making changes to your weight, body fat, muscle mass, visceral fat, water levels and more!
Dan will discuss your training and diet plan to make sure you sustain the great results you have achieved and continue on your journey for a healthier, fitter you!

In 12 weeks, if you train and follow your personal diet, you could not only lose up to 15 pounds in weight, but also improve your fitness, build more or stronger muscle, lower your cholesterol and blood pressure, make your metabolism work better, faster and feel more confident in the way you look and feel.
